After you receive your package from us, please inspect your merchandise CAREFULLY BEFORE you open open the packing. Make sure items are the ones you ordered. We are not responsible if you order the wrong products. If you are not satified after your inspection, please contact us at sales@elantree.com within 24 hours and we will provide you instructions on how to return your items for exchange or refund. There is no "Re-stock" fee, however, customers are responsible for the shipping charges for exchange and return items send between Elantree.com and the customers.

Please follow the directions on how to use our hair products properly in order to achive the full potential.  If you are not satisfy with the hair products after at least 3 weeks of usage, return the products to us and we are happy to give you a refund less shipping and handling or exchange for products with same or less value.  This offer is only good for one time for the same customer.

All exchange or returned merchandises must be in original packagings and with a copy of the original receipt. After the order has been shipped, shipping and handling fees and processing fee will not be refunded.

Refused shipment will be charged to your credit card for shipping and handling fees. Customers are reponsible for the cost of re-sending the refused shippment.

There is a 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. If your item(s) are damaged during shipping upon arrival, please contact us right away. We will be happy to replace your item(s) without any additional charges and shipping fee. If a refund is necessary and all the conditions for a refund are met, we will refund through your credit card for the full amount less shipping and handling after we receive our returned hair product(s) within 7 days.

If there is a dispute concerning or related to all the transactions/agreements in this website between customers and Elantree.com, both parties agree first to attempt to resolve such dispute by negotiations held in good faith between them. If the parties hereto are unable to resolve the dispute amicably between them, then the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration. All such disputes shall be finally settled under the laws from the State of Nevada.
